Artist Statement

My artwork takes a critical and celebratory view of Western culture.  Often referencing our temporal nature and finite reality, my work explores the varying relationships between each other, our bodies, emerging technologies and the earth. Having engaged subjects as diverse as Time, birdwatching, and human anatomy, my work uses a diverse movement lexicon and relies on repetition.  I often  arrange familiar aural and theatrical experiences to slowly evolve a subject.
