Hip Hop for Haiti

Hip Hop for Haiti is an initiative inspired by Off the Mat, Into the World and Mother Medicine.  This winter I am going to raise $3000 to travel to Haiti and teach yoga to women and girls in displaced persons camps.  Half of the proceeds from my DVD Hip Hop Cardio with Sarita Lou purchased through me goes directly to this effort.  So dance with me or give the gift of dance to someone in your life, and give the gift of yoga to Haiti.
